Bruce quoted "The employees here pass thousands of case files from cavern to cavern and then key in retirees’ personal data, one line at a time."

Maybe one of the questions to ask is :  does it work with a reasonable degree of accuracy?

And BTW:  I've been to the facility twice (though not to the OPM section). I was there on 9/11.
