Legal Records Specialist - Openings in Dallas & Houston!
Duties:
Assist records team in creation, management, coding and storage of hard copy and electronic records, utilizing firm's automated records management and document management systems
Research and pull requested files for attorney, legal secretaries and legal assistants
Work on special projects, as assigned by Records Manager
Requirements:
Three+ years of law firm records management experience
Experience with electronic records and document management software applications
Advanced and very professional communication skills
Strong attention detail and accuracy in data entry
Work in a well-respected global law firm, with a very strong RIM program and excellent benefits!
