Kudos to your research Mr. Brookes.  The easy answer is...right here in 
Wichita, KS.  

This has been going on for probably as long as I've been in the profession.  
If I'm not mistaken, the subject has been written about or discussed in 
ARMA or AIIM circles before, perhaps by one or more of our distinguished 
colleagues (Bill Benedon, Mike Pennington, Mark Langemo), but I can't put 
my hand on it right now.  Perhaps someone else on the list recalls 
publication of a similar study.
