Well said Larry. Records Management in the Federal Government is getting
worse, not better and it doesn't matter what kind of new laws, rules,
executive orders, etc. that are passed, unless you get more "boots on the
ground" to do the work, the problem will only get worse. Take it from someone
who is picking up some of the slack for an agency that hasn't hired a Records
Administrator that is three grade levels higher than I am, yet I was asked to
"help out". Well in 1 year, 6 months, and 28 days, it will be someone else's
problem.
