Not sure about that, and hate the titles Larry snarked about as well, but
depending on what "data hygiene" includes (information quality? MDM?) I'd
include it as part of IG. Same thing with info sec, privacy, data loss
prevention, IP, and potentially BI as well. Machine learning qua
technology, no. Application of content analytics in support of IG? Yup.
