I am reaching out to inform you of a Records Coordinator/Analyst career opportunity with a large oil & gas company, in case you know someone in your professional network that may be interested.   Our firm is recruiting under contract on behalf of a corporate client that has asked us to help them hire the best.  The position is located in Houston, TX. 
 
The Records & Information Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the management of the law department's physical and electronic records including proper identification, classification, retention and disposition according to the company policies and procedures.  This position also maintains the organization's records throughout its lifecycle, including but not limited to, receiving and processing records for offsite storage, supporting the legal hold order process and destruction in accordance with the retention policy and legal hold order process.  This role is also the Subject Matter Expert for the Law department by representing the unique needs of the organization regarding information management processes and technology.
