Good afternoon, Does anyone know much about this new legislation in Canada? We are trying to see how it will impact the recruiting of new students as well as tapping alums for donations. I am also trying to figure the recordkeeping aspects of it. If we have to ask our alums for permission before we can send them requests for donations and we later have to prove we got their permission, I will need to figure out the retention requirments.
