It is different, she says as a federal agency employee and records manager.  We do not recognize the CRM but instead have our own NARA cert, each agency/entity has their own twist on retention schedules, and of course we love to have forms, forms, forms!!!  There is no standard data management system within my own agency much less across the government...should I go on????
