My ARMA chapter is exploring the possibility of virtually broadcasting (in real time) some of our monthly meetings for members who cannot but wish to attend on a regular basis.  Our chapter covers a large area, so our members sometimes cannot reach our meeting location.  Is your chapter doing remote broadcast of its meetings?  What virtual conference tool(s) are you using? If you allow members to send in questions via emails or messages to speakers, what service are you using?  The options that have come up include Google Hangout (free), LiveStream (free), GoToMeeting (fee-based), and Webex (fee-based), but we are not yet familiar with their full range of capabilities.  The chapter has put together a task force to look into this issue.
