If the recording documents an incident, then would it not be wise to retain it until the statute of limitations runs out on the ability to make a claim?

Just my two cents. If the current retention is 120 days for recordings that document incidents that may lead to claims, does that mean they are destroyed after 120 days?  I would think the retention may be better at 120 days for recordings that document incidents that don't lead to claims.
