I've tried asking about this is in various social media circles I
participate in and haven't been able to find anyone familiar with it, so
while I normally DON'T GO TOO FAR OT here, but I'm asking this broader body
of people for assistance.

This Protocol was first introduced in Europe in the 1990s, then in Canada
about a decade earlier, so knowing we have a representation of participants
form BOTH of those areas, I'm hoping someone here has first hand knowledge
or knows a family member that may be familiar with the program.

I've done plenty of research on it and know what it is and what it's about
and have read anecdotal data from 'participants and clinicians' but my
concern is they are less than objective and may be paid respondents... so
hopefully, I can speak to people with real experience!

As mentioned this is DEFINITELY OFF TOPIC, so if you *DO* have any info, or
can provide me any sources that have FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE, I'd appreciate a
