Hi Lisa.
You could have a look at the Public Records Office of Victoria retention
schedules which should have what you are looking for. Whilst these
schedules are written for the Victorian Government they can be adapted for
use. Find them at www.prov.vic.gov.au follow services to government and
then look for retention and disposal link. If you get stuck let me know.
