Records Site Manager
Special Counsel Information Governance, that nation's largest records and information management placement firm, is recruiting for a Records Supervisor for a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ! If you like to manage operations, improve records management processes, and train staff and colleagues, this is the job for you! The Records Supervisor will manage a team of Records Specialists in the daily operations of the law firm records department.
Responsibilities of the Records Supervisor are:
* Manage a team of Records Specialists including hiring, training, and performance management
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with IT to maintain the records management technology
* Manage offsite storage and other records department vendor relationships
* Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives
Requirements for the Records Supervisor:
* At least four years of records management experience, preferably in a legal environment
* Strong leadership and supervisory experience and skills
* Experience with an electronic records management platform and other legal software such as Autonomy, LegalKEY, docketing software, etc.
* Experience executing department or firm wide special project
