Records Clerk:
Special Counsel Information Governance, that nation's largest records and information management placement firm, is recruiting for a Records Clerk for a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ! If you are looking to begin or continue your career in a stable law firm environment, this is the job for you! The Records Clerk will be part of a team that supports the daily operations and improvement of a prestigious law firm records management operation.
The Records Clerk responsibilities include:
* Delivery and retrieval of legal records to attorneys and legal support staff
* Data entry and maintenance in the records management software
* Manage "war room" files ensuring order and accessibility of files
* Execute special projects as needed
Requirements for the Records Clerk are:
* At least six months of experience in a records management or file clerk capacity, preferably in a legal environment
* Experience with an electronic records management storage software such as LegalKEY or Filesurf
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team
