PLACEMENT DIRECTOR

Special Counsel Information Governance, the nation's premier and fastest growing information management placement firm is expanding its team in the NYC, Washington, DC and Houston branches! Responsibilities for the Placement Director will be:
* Daily searches in multiple databases for prospective candidates with relevant skills
* Qualifying candidates based on experience, skills, and requirements
* Collaborating with Business Development Directors to develop sourcing strategies based in the needs of the business
* Conducting reference checks and providing additional quality assurance support to the recruiting process

Requirements for the Placement Director are:
* Bachelor's degree or at least one year of recruiting/sourcing experience in an agency setting
* Experience in a sales environment
* Strong communication and administrative skills
* Team oriented with ability to work effectively independently
