These guys have been ahead of the curve and MILES ahead of "the other Box"
since they started up.   I've had a personal Box account for over a year
and if I were running an independent business, I WOULD DEFINITELY hitch my
trailer to this truck.

The level/s of security they offer and allow you to customize are far
beyond most of what is available out there, and they are completely
transparent about what they do, how they do it, and how you are able to
customize their service offerings "on the fly".

My only concerns about this latest service (Retention and Categorization)
is if they are not your PRIMARY storage source, you run the risk of having
applied different rules to content stored in Box's 'cloud repository' and
your primary source, when you sync content... what rule is accepted and
applied?

Would require some deeper digging *IF* you decide to implement it...
