D.C. District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled <http://cei.org/content/judge-rules-cei-can-seek-injunction-against-epa-record-destruction> last week that the non-profit think tank Competitive Enterprise Institute <http://cei.org/> may pursue its plan to obtain records of internal text messages between Environmental Protection Agency employees.
