Records Analyst Job in Boca Raton, FL!

Special Counsel Information Governance is recruiting for a Records Analyst job in Boca Raton, FL! Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of records management experience. This role is responsible for providing coordination of record retention at facilities nationwide. The position is with a stable and rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities of the Records Analyst job:

*         Travel to and examine each facilities' records keeping procedures

*         Train and assist employees in records creation, retention, and searching

*         Evaluate record retention operations and make improvement recommendations

*         Aid facilities in creating a master list of all items to be maintained or destroyed

Qualifications:

*         High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience in record management

*         Able to travel, with frequent overnight stays

*         Experience creating and implementing retention schedules

*         Experience destroying records under retention schedules
