You are of course correct on that Peter. But a differentiation is a kind
of comparison, and yours is a valuable point to make to Lisa in deciding
her course of action. Her question, I believe, was in their relative value
as "credentials." The CRM would in my opinion be the more valuable in
terms of credentials. But one would need the education (possibly in the
form of a college certificate) and experience before one can acquire the
credentials. So her own professional development goal/objective/purpose
would be a major factor in deciding whether at this time to apply her time
and money toward a college certificate program or to sit for the CRM.
