Long-Term Temporary Records Supervisor Job in New York City!

Special Counsel Information Governance is recruiting for a Long-Term Temporary Records Supervisor job in New York City! In order to be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have at least 5 years of legal records experience. This role is responsible for supervising and assisting with the indexing and digitization of up to 5,000 boxes of records.

Duties of the Long-Term Temporary Records Supervisor job:

 *   Lead a team of four records clerks
 *   Report directly to Records Manager, regarding the project
 *   Index and digitize boxes of files and prepare them for offsite storage
 *   Enter records into Elite and LegalKey



Qualifications:

 *   5+ years of legal records experience
 *   Supervisory experience
 *   Familiarity with Elite is highly preferred
 *   Experience with LegalKey is a plus
