I couldn't find them either.  They used to be published on the website.  Seems 
like the window's been closed on transparency.  Although I was not able to 
attend the conference this year, I was interested in seeing what the 
discernment items were going to be and they're not even published.  I know 
it's been a while since I served on the Board, and understand that things 
change, so I looked at the paper on how ARMA governs, and it states:  "A list 
of agenda items is published at least one month prior to the meeting to allow 
members and chapter and region leaders an opportunity to comment. All comments 
should be sent to the corporate secretary, who compiles and categorizes the 
comments and forwards to all board members for consideration in their 
deliberations."  Maybe I was looking in the wrong place, but I could find any 
agenda items.  Oh well, life goes on.
