Hi Judy,

I sort of found em. Governance stuff is accessible to members by logging
into the website, selecting MyARMA, and then going to the bottom of the
user's profile.

That said, when I looked just now, I didn't see discernment at all. The BOD
minutes are there from Sept and July and a few others. I also found the
State of the Association for Fall 2013 and Spring 2013 - nothing from 2014.
The most recent financial statements are from 2012. And as noted, nothing
anywhere on the site about where conference is next year notwithstanding
Tod's messages about the Gaylord the first week of Oct.
