The Decade of Discovery is a documentary of events that took place at The
White House and in U.S. Courts (circa. 2002-2012). It's the story of a
government attorney on a quest to find a better way to search White House
e-mail and a teacher who took a stand for civil justice on the electronic
frontier. Together, they sparked a revolution.

Joe Looby's film "The Decade of Discovery" (see www.10thmountainfilms.com
for a trailer) will be presented at a special evening event on Tuesday Dec 2,
at the Majestic Metro Theater, 911 Preston Street, Houston. A complimentary
networking/cocktail reception will begin at 630, followed by a screening of
the film and a panel discussion following. Judge Lee Rosenthal, Craig Ball,
and Jason R. Baron will discuss the film with filmmaker Joe Looby.
Registration is free: just type in Bloomberg BNA Decade of Discovery
Houston in your browser. You are all warmly welcome to attend, and please
share this notice with friends and colleagues. (And for those of you in
somewhat distant Texas places, please consider a screening of the film in
Austin and Dallas on some future occasion!)

"The problems of our economy have occurred not as an outgrowth of
laissez-faire, unbridled competition.
They have occurred under the guidance of federal agencies, and under the
umbrella of federal regulations."
Senator Ted Kennedy, in defending trucking deregulation in 1978.
