Would anyone be willing to share with me their knowledge of or provide me a solid lead to gets some smarts on Functional Requirements? The specific area that I'm looking for insight when project is closing, what Document Control/Project Manager need to do and how to set up requirements when moving into long term storage, (even the cloud). Such things as "upon project closure convert customer deliverable documents to PDF and migrate to EDMS."

Thanks! Happy Holidays!
