A few years ago, ARMA had a speaker for its closing that discussed positivity in the workplace.  The content was about a fish market (Pike Place Fish Market) at the Pike Place Market in Seattle.  The title of the speech was something about FISH.  

They talked about how they threw the fish around and had a good time.  The overall take away for me was that if you make work fun, people will enjoy coming to work and doing their best.  

Maybe you could use that as your theme and discuss the FISH theory. - Be there, Play, Make their day and Choose your attitude.
