An Electronic Records Specialist job in Kansas City, MO is currently available courtesy of Special Counsel Information Governance. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of four years records management experience and be technology savvy. This opportunity is with a law firm. Duties will include but are not limited to document retention, document migration, and developing and implementing a filing system.

Electronic Records Specialist Job Responsibilities:

*         Assist with developing archival system

*         Analyze viable tools and resources upon request

*         Maintain documents in conjunction of firm's policies

*         Purge and organize document systems

Qualifications:

*         Bachelor's degree (preferred)

*         Minimum four years records management experience

*         Strong communication skills, written and verbal

*         FileNet, Hummingbird, Open Text, iManage, or Documentum experience
