As Records Manager, I somehow ended up in charge of administering our BYOD program. Of course that makes sense. Maybe. Somehow.  But we've already had issues - our Sheriff's Office opted out of the program because it would expose the deputies personal phone numbers to all County employees, since the forms are scanned into our ECM system. What could I say? As Records Manager I have no authority in that arena - and besides, I actually agreed with them.
