Just a thought to those vendors and others out there: when communicating outside your firm, please be thoughtful in placing your signature block so that persons can contact you. I many times have to jump through hoops to get back to someone from outside that I want to contact. If the contact information (including phone, yes sometimes I want to talk to a live person) is in the signature block of the last email then I don't have to hunt around for it. I find not having that in a signature block unprofessional myself. My two cents to the vendors out there!

Subject: ADMIN - Gentle Reminder - Signature blocks

Just a gentle reminder that we ask all subscribers to use a signature block when posting to the list. This sig-block should contain at a minimum the following

name
email address
location (city state/province/country)

this makes it much easier when someone wishes to send a private reply to the original poster.
