Desiree Ramirez asked about recommended reading for managing records at a
law firm.  In my opinion there is one book that you must have:


"Records Management in the Legal Environment², by Barr, Chiaiese and
Nemchek

It¹s $89 to ARMA members and you will never regret your purchase.  I was
in your shoes 7 years ago, and this book helped me throughout my years at
the law firm.  Fabulous resource.

I should add that the ARMA bookstore has other good publications regarding
RIM in the legal environment, as well.  Check them all out (but buy the
above book first).
