Our recruiting firm is working on behalf of a legal client that is hiring this permanent position. They’re looking for someone with a blend of records management and customer service technology experience preferably in a legal setting. The right candidate would feel very comfortable being the on-site customer support/trainer for various document management and general business software applications and technology. The Records Specialist would maintain both paper and electronic records, maintain the case/file room, classify and catalog documents and files, and work on special projects including imaging, data migrations, and searches. An associates or bachelor's degree are NOT required but preferred. A minimum of 5 years of records/technology customer support is required. Certified Records Manager preferred, but not required.
