Hi all,

I can't believe I'm going to open this can of worms again.  Email seems to
be the biggest hurdle to records managers in managing our electronic
records.

I have 2 questions:

Does anyone use Gmail and have a tool that works for them?
How is your tool set up?  Big buckets, specific content buckets?
