Blake,

The new company I'm working for just handed everyone a smartphone wallet with the logo on it.  Everybody seemed to think they were cool. Another thought would be to provide something that's of value to them- free cup of local coffee, free lunch in cafeteria.  Some of these things you could get a reduced rate on if you also promote the company giving them to you.
