Recently got re-addicted to David McCullough after reading his "Wright Brothers" and "Mornings on Horseback" (Teddy Roosevelt's life). Have just finished the 40th anniversary re-release of "The Great Bridge" about building the Brooklyn bridge, and am about to start reading his "Truman." He is a very informative and entertaining writer who truly believes in researching the records. (For "The Great Bridge" he plowed through the (at the time) unorganized Roebling records donated to RPI.)
