Just curious, does Colorado require servers to have a separate license for each establishment.  It was a long time ago, but I had to have a server license in Oregon in order to be the bouncer at the local establishment.  At that time, the license was for a limited time, I believe it was five years.  It did allow me to work at any licensed liquor establishment in the state.  At the time, the requirement was that I was to have the license on my person while I was working.  I only had to show the license to the establishment when I started and annually thereafter so they could ensure it was still valid.

I would question the need to retain copies of the license for as long as the establishment is in business.   If it is a requirement, I suspect the archives at the Buckhorn Exchange could fill a small warehouse.
