Hi Vladimir,

In a modern world of a fast changing technology and legislation, you really
should update your schedules ASAP after any significant changes in your
legal and business environment. Doing otherwise is too risky. However, you
may still want a set review period in order to enforce reviewing process
even during the "calm" periods with no significant changes (including
changes in organizational structure). In Russia, this period is set to 5
years for government agencies.

With my best regards,
Natasha
