We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Sr. Information Governance Analyst who is 
excited at the prospect of supporting a growing Information & Records Compliance 
Program. You are a self-starter that can work independently and participate on multiple 
projects, while also being able to work cross-functionally with various business units and 
key stakeholders in the areas of legal, business, security, and technology.
 
Under the direction of the Information & Records Manager and according to established 
Company policies and procedures, this role will support a broad range of strategic 
projects and initiatives relating to the adoption of effective electronic and physical 
recordkeeping practices across the enterprise. The individual will maintain the Company’s 
data map and develop and implement program analytics. In conjunction with the 
Company’s IT department, the individual will assist in the development of migration and 
decommissioning strategies to ensure the integrity of records and related metadata over 
the required lifetime of the records as information systems are upgraded or replaced. The 
role will also support business partners across the enterprise to address information 
management concerns and implement needed solutions.
 
You should have experience in the following areas: data mapping, analytics, and 
reporting, business analysis and requirements gathering, information and records 
management, records retention and destruction, legal holds, records surveys and 
assessments, and business/end-user support.
