I know that recently a number of our colleagues have retired, and some of
you lucky ducks are considering it in the near future. In most cases, one
thing we all experience is a change in the status/provider of our
healthcare insurance.. and in some cases, we MAY lose access to past
information related to ourselves.

Included with this guidance is a link to an FAQ that may be of use. I
think some of us have decided there is a benefit to remaining proactive in
our own healthcare situation, which can include having custody of a copy of
our records.
