As a follow up to this post.
1-really good insightful information
2-lots of room for improvement on the vendor side as far as communication
3-I do suspect that there is some culpability on the client side(boxes that really should not have been used)
4-good tips on how to structure the next contract
5-good advice on what to look for in a vendor(box density)
6-understanding why they are called "Miracle boxes"
