If the information exists elsewhere and can be reproduced/regenerated WITHOUT the documents, then the "value" is negligible.

If you have scanned copies (digital images) and they're accurate representations, then the "value" would be the cost of producing prints from the images, reorganizing, reindexing, etc. a complete set of them. 

The question you have to ask yourself is IF you have a certifiable set of the information in digital form, would you bother/need to generate a replacement physical set?
