If you can say what's the best or favourite job perk you have or have had?  Free lunch? Gym Membership? ...?



As an Australian the best perk is Long Service Leave....... talk about paid leave ....... Long service leave is a period of paid leave granted to employees in recognition of a long period of service to an employer.  I collect approx 9 weeks paid leave for every 10 years you work for the one company.  I'm about to take my second round of long service leave, that is on top of my 4 weeks annual leave with leave loading.  Leave Loading now there is a perk if ever there was one
