 Our recruiting firm is working on behalf of an independent energy company that is hiring this full-time, permanent position.  A Bachelor's Degree is preferred and at least 6 years in an IT, Records Management or Business Management related field in the energy industry {also preferred}.    Extensive experience using OpenText ECM document management software is a Requirement. {NOT looking for candidates with just OpenText LiveLink experience}
 
Design, implement, manage, and administer electronic records management systems.  Develop migration strategies to ensure integrity of records and related metadata for the required life cycle of the records and information systems.  Provide expertise on a project or request basis for records and information management issues. Research and address methodologies for records retention.  Establish objectives and collaborate with IT to meet requirements related to the management of document repositories.  Develop knowledge base materials including:  job-aids, performance support tools, quick reference guides for both online and paper-based formats.  Design and implement the use of a system classification scheme.
