May 15-18, ECM Master Class, Toronto, ON
May 23-26, CIP Preparatory Workshop, Silver Spring, MD
June 6-9, ERM Master Class, Silver Spring, MD
June 20-23, ECM Master Class, Silver Spring, MD
August 5, ECM Specialist precon, NIRMA 2017, Summerlin, NV

All of these classes have already been preapproved for ICRM CRM, ARMA IGP,
and AIIM CIP continuing education credits.

All classes in the U.S. are taught by me; classes in Toronto are taught by
Sheila Taylor, CIP, CRM, IGP.

We do teach in Europe as well, notably London and Amsterdam, and can also
deliver private classes onsite anywhere in the world.
