FileNet is used at Houston Firefighters' Relief and Retirement Fund.  We use Adjacent Technology's ACMP for the user portal.  Our pension system is image enabled and we import member statements from the system to FileNet each evening.   We are currently hosted in the Rackspace managed cloud and will be migrating to IBM's Softlayer in June.
