I've been inactive on the list from quite a while, but a non-RM friend at another company has reached out to me for some help. Her company purchased OnBase a few years ago, but it was never configured for them and they have just not utilized it because it's too difficult to use. They are a pretty small company and I think they may have just bought it off-the-shelf and thought it would fix things. I know it's bass-ackward but I've been giving them some resources and guidance for figuring out their requirements so they can work with the vendor to get it configured.  Are there any vendors out there willing to take on a configuration when they did not make the sale, especially with a customer that may need a lot of hand-holding?
