Searched the site on the weekend and again today and no luck . couldn't find
either  document, not even under 'publications'.

 

And if you do a Google search for either one, all you get is an obsolete,
non-working link to the old site.

 

Why aren't these resources, which ARMA places great emphasis on and which
are key tools for the profession, available on the new website?
