How Does One Measure How Well Your Organizational Information Assets Are Being Used?
Learn about analytics at this month’s AIIM breakfast seminar.
AIIM First Canadian Chapter is excited to welcome Peter Smit, the founder and CEO of Collabogence, to talk about how new advances in analytics allow organizations to get a much better picture of how well information assets are being used and how information flows across the departments and lines of business...or not. Past measurement of ROI or ROOA (return on operating assets) has been focused on the assets on the balance sheet. Organizational expertise, experience and knowledge are increasingly seen as valuable assets and the objective of collaboration is to leverage this expertise, experience and knowledge to the maximum benefit of the organization. But how can this be measured, mapped and strategies developed in order to assure better use of these valuable assets? Come and discover how information flows and utilization are a function of information governance & access policies, technology tools and ...yes...organizational culture.
