I second Ginny's endorsement of both the training and the product.  We
have been using the Graham Charting software for several years in our
effort to improve business processes.  I have found it to be invaluable
to get employees to think about the process rather than just their
individual portion of the work.  That understanding is translated into
significant improvements.  As an added bonus, we use the completed
charts to show the differences between the old and new process and to
configure the individual workflows.

A Graham chart is like step by step instructions for assembly of a
bicycle.  For comparison purposes, other process mapping tools provide
only a notice on the outside of the box "Assembly Required."
