My thanks to all who provided responses. Though all have been helpful, the
closest I've found to a detailed accounting is at KansasCity.com of the
Kansas City Star. Peter, your article reference finally made mention of
records that may have been damaged but, it had a lot of questions and no
answers. I thought there may be a definitive article that supplied the
5Ws.
