Re: British Columbia Law on Location of Records






I believe there was a report or recommendations in regards to third party
handling of personal information holdings of the Gov. of BC produced by 
the
Privacy Commissionaire of BC relating to implications of the US Patriot
Act. I'm pretty sure I read part of it but can not find the link or
document. Maybe someone else would have it.
