This is a microfilm technical question that I'm hoping maybe someone can
help me with.

Is there a significant...or any difference between the following microfilm
inspection standards?

1. National Bureau of Standards Handbook 96, Inpsection of Processed
Photographic Record Films for Aging Blemishes

and

2. American National Standard for Information and Management/Recommended
Practice for inspection of stored silver-gelatin microforms for evidence of
deterioration, ANSI-AIIM MS45-1990.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help on this.
